Returns
If you return the items within 28 days of delivery and it passes our inspection criteria, we will give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.
Please note: shipping costs are non refundable
In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes original packaging and with all tags and labels attached.
We aim to refund you within 14 working days of receiving the returned items at our distribution centre.
We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return after this period, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the re-delivery costs.
Sale items
All sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned/refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded following inspection. If you require a different size, style or colour – simply place a new order!
None of the conditions laid about above affect your statutory rights.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us so make sure they are packed properly and can’t get damaged along the way.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
If you are returning an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are unable to guarantee that your returned items will reach us.
Making a Return

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items
What’s next?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items.
All returns are inspected and if they meet our inspection criteria, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
If any items are returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs) We will send you an email informing you that your return has not passed inspection.
Missing refund
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to show in your account. If your refund still has not been received after this period, then first contact your bank.
If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team (chloe.s@progresswrestling.com) including your order number and item details and they will be happy to look into this for you.
Faulty items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team (chloe.s@progresswrestling.com) as soon as possible and they will be happy to assist you.
Please note: In some cases, we may be unable to send replacements for faulty items
