Shipping policy

This policy applies to Made to Order products only.

MTO items (MADE TO ORDER) are products that are not available for general sale from PROGRESS Wrestling and are only manufactured upon receipt of full payment from customer.

Availability
Release dates are decided based on the estimate from our manufacturing partners and are subject to change. As a result, PROGRESS Wrestling cannot be liable for any changes to release dates or order windows advertised by us.

Delivery
Delivery dates for the MADE TO ORDER item(s) are not guaranteed due to possible manufacturing and/or shipping delays including unforeseen circumstances. However, PROGRESS Wrestling will do our best to keep you informed of any such issues via email.

We will make efforts to deliver products as soon as reasonably practicable but please understand that there could be delays.

Once we have received the MADE TO ORDER product, we aim to ship your order within 5 working days.

Cancellations
PROGRESS Wrestling may cancel MADE TO ORDER product at any time during the order period - If this is the case, we will contact you via email and you will receive a full refund.

You have 14 days from submitting your MADE TO ORDER request to cancel and receive a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
